About Me:: Hi my name is Daniella Cardoza and I'm the President and CEO of my company, Xactli.com, LLC. Xactli.com, LLC is an Internet based company that specializes in Xactli Affordable Web Solutions. Our office is located in Oro Valley, AZ in the outer Tucson area and we've been in business for less than a year now. I'm married to a wonderful man who is active duty Air Force (met when we were both active duty) and we have two beautiful children (a girl, 6 and a boy, 4) – I couldn't ask for more. I'm a member of the Air Force Reserve and I currently go to school full-time online at Western Governors University (I have 2 degrees).

My motivation for started my company was my mother who was strong, intelligent and beautiful – she placed her dreams on hold to take care of her children (6 of them with no help). At the age of 56, she decided to follow her dreams, but in a few months, after moving to Georgia, she died at the age of 57 from liver failure (due to malpractice). After my mother's burial, I lost my job as a contractor at Honeywell Aerospace - my contract was sabotaged by the head HR personnel (a woman) for our department (they are located in another city). Everyone liked me at Honeywell and the senior manager was in the process of creating a permanent position for me - we're still good friends. When it rain it pours, but everything happens for a reason, so I moved on and left it alone - life is too short, plus I was still grieving over my mother's death.

I wanted to start my own company for a while now, but I placed that dream on hold, but while I was lying in bed and grieving, I heard my mother's voice say, "get up and do it” ...so I did. My favorite word is "exactly" but I like the spelling Xactli (Generation X my husband said). I started my own company with my husband as my partner and we called it Xactli.com, LLC - the kids approved and I know my mother would have looked at me weird and say, “Exactly?” but she would have been so happy (plus she would have been a business partner). And that's how Xactli.com, LLC was born.

'Miss Whack, I'd like to get a $30,000 loan to take a holiday'

Patty looks at the frog in disbelief and asks his name. The frog says his name is Kermit Jagger, his dad is Mick Jagger, and that it's okay, he knows the bank manager.

Patty explains that he will need to secure the loan with some collateral.

The frog says, 'Sure. I have this,' and produces a tiny porcelain elephant, about an inch tall, bright pink and perfectly formed.

Very confused, Patty explains that she'll have to consult with the bank manager and disappears into a back office.

She finds the manager and says, 'There's a frog called Kermit Jagger out there who claims to know you and wants to borrow $30,000, and he wants to use this as collateral'

She holds up the tiny pink elephant. 'I mean, what in the world is this?'

The bank manager looks back at her and says...

'It's a knickknack, Patty Whack. Give the frog a loan, His old man's a Rolling Stone.'
