Who Says Pregnancy Can't Be Sexy

This past Thursday (Dec. 3) I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful couple expecting their first child. It was such a fun maternity session. I thought I was going to have to work really hard to get the father to smile, but it was actually quite easy. He followed directions well & even contributed ideas of his own. I say this because I was led to believe otherwise. I think he actually had fun. I know she did.

Many women unfortunately, do not feel sexy while they are pregnant (I can identify). Luckily for me, all women aren’t like that & she was definitely not like that. When she came downstairs for the shoot all I could say was “wow”. She was absolutely gorgeous & glowing. Even though the temperature was around the upper 40’s, we shot outside. I think she was the only one that was warm & she had on the least amount of clothes! She had one other outfit change & the rest of the session was done indoors. (thank goodness).

At any rate, it was a wonderful session & she was both sexy & angelic. I can’t wait to meet their daughter. :-)
