It's what we do with what we have that keeps the roof on the barn.

The insulting interest pittance from the financial institutions never did have any appeal for me .... (That's if they're still around when we want our money).



Over the years I discovered that with the proper mindset and expectancy, "cast in stone" returns of 20% and up are not only realistic .... It's expected and I manage to get that and more a couple of times every week. Often on small amounts.

Forget taking marketing 101 and instead; Google for "Honest Ed" + "Canada" and then read everything you can about him.

Ed's store had the cleanest sidewalk on the block because in the old days; His wife used cleaning the sidewalk as an excuse for keeping an eye out for creditors..... He expanded his tiny store to encompass the whole block and turned the neighbouring streets into artisan galleries. ... (AKA Mirvish Village).

Is what they’re hearing the same as what you’re saying?



What you say vs what they hear.

Usually our presentations are crafted to elicit a series of approving comments leading to an order.

The danger with this strategy is that it's easy for our suspect to feel they're being "sold" and rather than taking steps towards us; Their comfort zone is often to hold back and even worse ....... subconsciously reject our concept.

I ate the huge salami ..... One slice at a time.

Salami or other manufactured cold cuts are not usually on my menu and neither is writing a book. …So; I must also confess ….. Writing a book which even if only 20 pages did faze me a little.



Poking around the extensive resources on Twitter, I came across the idea of publishing and selling only one chapter at a time. One chapter I could crack off in an evening, let it marinate overnight and polish next morning.
