And yes. It has been awhile. Hope that all is well with you. My! The site has evolved. I know that you have put a lot of work into this project. Very impressing! I still recognize a few members like Paul Hines, Howard Lawson, and Lucia van Gerwen, just to name a few.

I'm in the process of reinventing, re-educating, and re-aligning. I've always had the idea or notion, on creating several income sources. I've had this idea in my early teens, way before it became a book or some else's "idea. As it's said "sometimes, life gets in the way. Nonetheless, I'm re-focusing my energies. Real estate is still in the plan, but in the original form that I had it, investment. Never wanted to be a salesperson. Just wanted access to the information.
