FAQ

Getting Started On TeamCircle

Teamcircle is your base for social networking. Designed to be a place where you can network with business owners, and express some of your individuality, through your My Page and using videos, photos and the like. It is an easy place for you to invite those from your other social networks to come to get to know you, and as the focus of your networking activity online. You can build your own personal Circle of Influence on TeamCircle, and share in the community as our Circles overlap.

Groups

Have a special interest or expertise? Start a group or join an existing group and start sharing your experience. Contact Lindy Asimus to discuss your idea.

The Forum

A place for all members to swap chit chat, post links, ask questions or share observations. Get to know what your neighbours think. Let them know what you think!

Invite Network Friends

Invite the people you network for busines with, to join you on TeamCircle, and in turn, encourage them to invite their own Circle. Show them around TeamCircle and help them with any questions they may have.

Meet The Neighbours

Visit the member sites and introduce yourself to new people. Seek out people who might be in your location, and see where else you have common network membership that you might want to connect on too. Be friendly, but do NOT spam invitations to every network on the internet without knowing if they will welcome that. Be open. Ask before you assume.

No Spamming! Message boards are for messages - not spam about your business. Hardly worth mentioning here, since we don't seem to attract that kind of behavior - thankfully! This makes TeamCircle rather special Let's keep it that way!

Friends Friending on TeamCircle is encouraged. Please respect the friends that you make and this means NO sending blanket invites out to all your Friends to every network that you belong to.

Trolling

TeamCircle is a social business network. It is not a place to push your product, not a place to plaster advertisements, not a place to post offensive pictures, videos or other materials and definitely not a place to troll for recruits to your MLM, other networks, business scam or otherwise interfere with members for your own benefit. Offenders will be removed from TeamCircle.

A message to all members of TeamCircle

TeamCircle is a network for members to use to reach out and let others know a little about you and your business, and to meet others who are looking to do the same, and consolidate the networking relationships that already exist.

You are encouraged to invite your network people to join you at TeamCircle if they are in business and you think they would like to network in a similar way.

Two things.

Adding and accepting friends is something to be encouraged, and so it is important to treat all our connected Friends with the utmost respect.

That means NO way is it appropriate for members to be receiving unsolicited "Invitations" - or in other words spam! from people they have never had a discussion about this.

If in doubt, err on the side of caution. Here's a way to know if it is appropriate to send such a message:

1 If you've never engaged with a conversation with the Friend - NO

2 If they have never asked you to send them invitations to other networks - NO

Members receiving unwanted invitations of this kind, I recommend you sever the Friend status with the sender.

And of course, if you have something great to share - not spam - then the forum or the specialist Groups are the place to open a discussion on that topic.

Best to you all. Lindy
