Had an interesting session today with a client I'm working with on setting up his marketing efforts to pick up the social media segment to incorporate into a comprehensive strategy. I see a lot of scope for this as business owners finally notice 'the penny dropping'. So if you know someone who wants to start embracing the internet fully into their business (not just 'get a website') let me know.

I do love the smart peeps that are gathering here on TeamCircle. Like World's Colliding (online with offline). I am rather liking it.

By way of Introduction, I coach business owners and managers in "people" skills - how to recruit, how to bring new starters on board, how to run good meetings, how to feedback to poor performers, how to align the people to the business direction.
I am also a pretty good critiquer - I am very quick to spot holes in people's presentations and plans. I just haven't worked out what to charge people for that service :-)
