Home For Your Personal Network Circle -- Grow Your Team!

Hi.

Thanks for joining me at this network. I hope that together we can develop some strategies to help with our mutual business growth, as well as getting to know each other in a more personal way. Networking is all about relationships. With the great range of tools now available for people to get together and communicate, there is nothing to hold us back.

We are a work in progress... and the site will evolve hopefully, over time. Please add your suggestions to enhance our experience and remember, we're all in this together so please feel free to comment as you feel so inclined.

My best to you ...

Lindy Asimus

Hi Lindy, this seems like a great idea! I just joined, so I don't know much about this yet, but I'm going to look around and familiarize myself with all the features offered here. I've seen you quite a bit all over Merchant Circle, so I'm looking forward also to getting to know you a little better. Wishing you the best!!

I love working with you Lindy. Thank you for putting this together. I cannot wait to learn and grow as I participate here. I want to be a better leader and this will give me a chance to do so.

Kristina you are already doing a great job leading your team. I can't tell you how impressed I am with what you've accomplished in such a short time.

I am hoping that your example might serve as a model for some in other sectors.

Thanks for participating.

Lindy,

How do you accept friends into your circle?

As I understand, when someone replies to an invitation link, they are automatically accepte.

Well pass the word on to your connected team members, (and get them to connect to me!) and we'll get something happening!

I'm in.

Thanks for putting this site up. It is a great idea to share mktng strategies.
My suggestion is just what Dr. Ivan Misner suggests. Networking means to Net-Work, not Net-sit or Net-eat. Tell everyone what it is you do or sell. Tell them why you are a better choice than the guy down the block and then use the connections you have made.

TCom Web Development is obviously a Web Development firm. But how many do you know? 100s. So now you would want to know why my product could benefit your business. Or why it would stand out from the 1000s that are out there.

We Build Businesses with a proven track record. You might wonder why we can say this.....Our unique packaging of all inclusive sites have helped business in the past, present and future.
For example: one lady came to us only getting one new customer per week on her website. She opted to try our product and now today she is getting 50 per day. What would that do for your business?
How much is a client worth to you? You do the math.....how long would it take to pay for that site and then the rest could be pure gravy.

That is my first suggestion.....tell us all, about what it is you do and why we shouldn't use the guy down the block.

My second suggestion is to join a local BNI group or if you can't get in build one of your own, That is what I am doing right now. Starting a BNI group in Whitefish Mt. The 2 that were already formed has a web developer in each one so I am building it so that they will come. lol

We are open to recieve many suggestions from anyone. Marketing is a very active process and you must work them to your advantage. So any ideas are very welcome.

Hi Cheri

Glad you could make it. I am a big fan of BNI and love to tell people about it and suggest they find a chapter to get involved with, at any chance I get. The reason that I like it so much, is that it provides a real structure for networking, that many groups don't have. There is an accountability that goes with that to build a good habits of

1 Turning up!
2 Learning about other people's businesses
3 Learning how to articulate "What you do", in a way that others can understand
4 Community of advocates for your business and vice versa

These are all powerful in their own right. Combined, they can have a massive impact.

From a business development point of view, I love that it is sometimes the first time that business owners really start to consider what their business looks like to a customer, and to me, that is the beginning of understanding something about marketing.

Without knowing what is important to the customer, and how to identify their needs and wants and present that to them in a way that is meaningful for customers, then there is no purposeful marketing. I know the benefits go to extending that message out via the website and all the materials and ways that a business interacts with customers. Essentially, it is implicit in what you say, what you do, and how you do it. If you are operating without the customer in mind, they will know.

No matter what you think you are doing... If the message you deliver is one that connects with customers - they know you care about them and giving them value, or service, or whatever your USP is - they will love it.

That's good business.
